We require a minimum of 3–5 days to fulfill an order. However sometimes we may be able to squeeze in last minute orders. Best to email us at hello@pastelbakes.com to check if we can accommodate.

2. What is the price / Can I get a quote / Can you work within my budget?
General prices are listed on our website and vary depending on the order details.
Customized cake pricing has more elements, so please email us for a quote.

3. What are the pickup and delivery options / times / areas?
We offer delivery within the GTA for a fee (based on location and order size). Delivery is available as early as 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

4. How do I pay? Do I need to pay in advance?
Online payments need to be completed online. For custom orders we will send a separate invoice for payments. Orders are only confirmed after full payment is received.

6. What serving size is suggested for [X] people/occasion?
General serving sizes are listed on our website on every cake product. If you’re unsure check our size guide under custom orders or feel free to message, email, or call us!

7. Are you Halal?

Yes, our cake shop is a Halal bakery. Although we are not certified, as a Muslim bakery we take all precautions to ensure every ingredient used is Halal.

8. Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

We offer vegan, gluten-free, and eggless baked goods. For other allergens or restrictions, please email us to confirm.

9. What cake flavors do you offer or are most popular?
We have a wide variety of flavors. Check out our Flavour Guide on the website under custom orders to get a better idea. Our strawberries and cream is our best selling flavor.

10. Can you accommodate more servings than initially planned?
It depends on whether baking has begun. Please call us as soon as possible so we can accommodate your request.

11. Can the message/wording on the cake be customized?
Of course! We can customize fonts, layouts, and colors as long as its feasible to pipe and also fits the size of the cake.

12. Can the cake be a specific shape?
The only shapes we offer are circle, square, rectangle, heart. We don't do carved cakes.

13. Can you make a cake with a specific theme or add specific elements?
Yes! Please include as many details as possible when placing your enquiry.

14. Can you replicate a specific design or photo?
Usually, yes! We may suggest minor changes as needed.

15. Can you do custom colors?
Absolutely! We can create any color you need.

Wedding cakes are fully customized. Your first step is to email us to discuss design and then schedule a tasting with us.
