Take your cake artistry to new heights with Level 3 at Deco Cake Academy. In this immersive 6-day program, you’ll focus on professional-level wedding cakes — mastering elegant tiered construction, graceful fondant draping, and lifelike sugar flower design. By the end of the course, you’ll complete a fully styled, portfolio-worthy wedding cake ready for bridal orders.

Course Outline:

• Day 1–2: Tier Structure & Draped Fondant
• Day 3–4: Sugar Flower Crafting

• Day 5–6: Assembly & Final Presentation
